We will cater for your every need and be available whenever you need us.

It is your wedding and we will make sure that you and your partner will have the final decisions - you will not lose any control over your wedding.

 

  • Full Wedding Planning -

Weddings by Claire will be with you every step of the way in planning your wedding from sourcing wedding venues and suppliers to attending on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will work closely with you from the first consultation up to and including your wedding day.

This package includes everything from budget management, task lists, wedding dress/suit shopping, choosing your cakes/flowers, RSVP management, producing timelines/itineraries through to on the day co-ordination.

Following an initial consultation with you to discuss your thoughts and dreams for your day, we will help you plan every aspect of the wedding. We will communicate with you throughout the planning, design and co-ordination by telephone, email or meetings, allowing you to remain in complete control of your special day.

Weddings by Claire tailor our services around a couple's individual requirements and so the price will depend on our level of involvement.

  • Partial Planning - from 6 weeks before the wedding day

You have spent months planning your wedding and as the day is getting nearer you are beginning to get more and more stressed.

Weddings by Claire can assist you by taking over the planning and organising of your wedding in the run up to the day allowing you to relax and enjoy the time.  We can finalise your details and any last minute bits that you have not yet had time to complete.

Following an initial consultation with you to discuss your arrangements so far we will contact all your suppliers and confirm they meet your requirements and produce plans and itineraries for your day.

We will be contactable in the run up to the day whenever you need us via email or telephone.

Weddings by Claire offer a discounted rate for our On the Day co-ordination when a partial planning package is booked.

If you would like us to take over budget or RSVP management this can also be included.

  • On the Day Co-ordination -

Weddings by Claire can take away the stress and hassle worrying about any last minute problems or whether suppliers will turn up on time. By handing over the responsibilities and stress to a professional, you can relax and focus on enjoying your wedding day. 

Prior to the day we will contact your suppliers to ensure everything is as you have agreed and will be in attendance on the day to oversee the setting up of suppliers, provide assistance to yourself and your guests and help with venue decoration if needed.

We will be contactable via telephone and email in the run up to the day if you have any questions or just want some advice, or calming down.

  • Sourcing Venues/Suppliers -

Weddings by Claire can help with the first step of planning a wedding and do all the hard work for you in finding your dream venue.  

Following an initial consultation with you to discuss your requirements, location and budget we will put together a detailed shortlist of five suitable venues in your chosen area and arrange viewings.

We will then accompany you to 3 of the viewings with you to help your choose your ideal venue.

 

When you start planning and drawing up lists of who to contact you will be amazed at how big the list is.

Weddings by Claire can save you time by researching for your wedding suppliers - we do it on a regular basis.

Following an initial consultation with you to discuss your requirements and ideas we will put together a detailed shortlist of three suppliers for you to choose from and arrange any meetings as necessary.

  • RSVP/Invitation Management -

Weddings by Claire can assist you in the whole invitation process, from the selection and wording of your invitations, compiling the guest list, sending out save the date cards and invitations to guests, and collating the replies (even chasing up those who have not responded).

This is a very stressful and time consuming process so let us do it for you allowing you and your partner to relax prior to the big day.

Our free no obligation consultation will allow us to establish your requirements, get to know you and discuss your plans and budget.

From that we will create a bespoke summary of your wedding plan based on our discussions and find the best package for you.
