Do you need help to get started in the right direction? Do you need help tying the loose ends together at the end or perhaps you now want to just handover the plans to a professional? Weddings by Claire can assist you at any point by providing advice and guidance, taking over the planning or taking on specific tasks to assist you.

Following an initial consultation with you I will go through your plans to date and discuss any outstanding arrangements. I can help you find those final wedding suppliers, assist with the RSVP's, help bring your budget back on track, or to pull everyone together.  

I will be contactable in the run up to the day whenever you need me via email, meetings or telephone. I will provide a regular update on outstanding jobs making sure that everything runs smoothly.

The partial planning package may cover aspects of wedding planning including:
  • finding last minute suppliers
  • reviewing or negotiating contracts
  • producing tasks and supplier lists
  • RSVP management
  • management of wedding budget and payment reminders
  • producing timelines/itineraries
  • church/civil ceremony and venue set up
  • unlimited emails/meetings/telephone calls throughout the planning process
  • on the day co-ordination
