On the Day Co-ordination/Wedding Day Management 

Have you spent months planning the perfect day and are now starting to worry about who will manage the actual day for you - co-ordinating suppliers, setting up the venue, dealing with any last minute issues? You should enjoy being the bride and not need to worry about anything on the day.

Weddings by Claire can take away the stress and hassle worrying about any last minute problems or whether suppliers will turn up on time. By handing over the responsibilities and stress to a professional wedding co-ordinator, you can relax and focus on enjoying your wedding day.

I will meet with you at your venue or home to discuss the arrangements and plans for the day. I will need a full list of all your suppliers and their contact details. At this meeting, Weddings by Claire will gain an understanding of the style of day you want and most importantly it will give us a chance to get to know each other.

In the run up to the day I will contact your suppliers to make them aware that I will be the main
contact on the day and to ensure everything is as you have agreed. I will then produce a
schedule for the day for you, your bridal party and all the suppliers.

At least one week before I can collect any items to set up the tables - table names, place cards, favours, order of service, guestbook, etc.

Weddings by Claire will then be in attendance on the day (a minimum of three hours before the wedding) to set up/decorate the venue, oversee the setting up of suppliers and provide assistance to yourself, your bridal party and your guests. You will also have access to my "Emergency Box".

For example, Weddings by Claire can help if the photographer needs an extra pair of hands, if suppliers arrive during the wedding breakfast I can sort them out or if you have a supplier cancel on you before the day, I can use our contacts to help you find a replacement.
