Full Wedding Planning
Weddings by Claire will be with you every step of the way in planning
your
wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly and you can relax
knowing your wedding is in the hands of a professional and qualified
wedding planner. I will work closely with you from the first initial consultation up to and including your wedding day keeping you updated throughout with your wedding timeline and budget planner.
The full planning package covers all aspects of wedding planning including
- sourcing of wedding venue to meet your requirements and providing advice on ceremony type
- wedding venue design/theme
- continued wedding administration
- management of wedding budget and payment reminders
- researching, arranging, attending appointments and negotiating costs with all suppliers/venue - wedding dress, wedding cake, wedding cars, wedding entertainment, wedding photographers, wedding flowers,
- producing task and supplier lists
- organising and attending wedding dress/suit shopping
- helping to find and choose your cakes/flowers/stationery and all other suppliers
- checking wording/details on stationery
- RSVP management
- producing timelines/itineraries
- church/civil ceremony and venue set up
- unlimited emails/meetings/telephone calls throughout the planning process
- on the day co-ordination
If you decide to go ahead with Weddings by Claire, I will then produce a detailed time line of your wedding plans which will enable you to see what areas of your wedding I am working on at
any time. During the planning process I will get to know you both as a couple to ensure your
personality and style is reflected in your wedding day.
Weddings
by Claire will assist you, keep you updated on plans
or provide any general advice, with unlimited
emails and telephone conversations, throughout the
entire wedding planning process. All of this ensures you remain in complete control of your special day at all times.
I will then meet with you a few months before your wedding to go through all the plans so far, at the wedding venue, your home or a location of your choice. There will be one final meeting around one week before your wedding to make sure you are happy and that everything is as you wanted.
As this is a bespoke package and every wedding is individual, my fees are calculated according to the work required.
This package includes On the Day Co-ordination service.
