Weddings by Claire offer bespoke design, planning, co-ordination and management of weddings in the South West of England at an affordable price.

We can be involved as much or as little as you would like, from the beginning of the planning, to several months beforehand even to overseeing on the day.

About Weddings by Claire

My name is Claire Hooper, I am a professional wedding planner and owner of Weddings by Claire.

I have over 10 years experience of Event Management and co-ordination. I have organised hundreds of events around the UK and overseas from 10 to 500 people.

And in the last few years, after I organised my own wedding which I enjoyed immensely, I started to organise other people's weddings and also became professionally qualified with a Diploma in Event Management and Wedding Planning.

I now help other people plan their weddings which I love and I would love to help turn your dreams into a reality.

The most important aspect of choosing your wedding planner is being able to work and get on with them. This is why I offer a free consultation to all prospective clients to talk through your wedding ideas, likes and dislikes. This allows me to get an idea of what your day means to you and how I can help turn your dreams and ideas into reality for your special day. It also gives you the chance to get to know me better!

I have a wide range of services to suit your needs or I can tailor make a bespoke package. I also work with suppliers to try and negotiate discounts which you would not be able to access directly, saving you time and money. Both of which are very important during this time.

I can do as much or as little of the planning for you - think of me as your Personal Assistant for the day, and the months beforehand. I will be there for you 7 days a week in the run up to your wedding, whenever you have a question or query, or just want some advice.
